I stayed at this motel for 2 months wile I was working in Hutchinson. The first room that I was in the bathroom sink drain did not hold water. The second room the air conditioning did not work. The third room which I was in for a onth and a half the bathtub drain did not hold water, the bathroom sink did not hold water, the phones were worked on and the phone did not work for 5 weeks. The motel has areas that the roof leaks and they use trash cans to catch the leaks. For what the room rates are you can stay 2 nights at Days Inn or Motel 6. Another bad thing about this motel is that a lot of the outside entrances are unlocked, you do not need your room card to get into the motel, which makes it unsecure. For the cost of what you pay I would not recomend this motel. It needs a lot of maintenance work done to it. The only reason that I stuck with third room was because the bed was what I was used to at home and I was able to sleep.
